Cancellation Policy: » All payments must be received in advance including the hotel and the registration. » There is no refund for the registration fee after April 1st, 2009. » There is a full refund for social activities if notice is given by September 1, 2009. » The conference hotel will charge one night’s fee for all the reservations and it is non-refundable.If cancellation notice is given by September 1, 2009, a 50% of the charge for the remaining nights will be refunded.
