Sponsorship Opportunities:

Conference Bags ($2,000) - Have your company logo imprinted onto the conference bags for great exposure during and after the conference. These cloth bags will have your company/association logo (one-color) imprinted on one side, along with the conference title/year.  (Artwork due by June 1st, 2009)

Coffee/Refreshment Breaks ($1,000 each)- Sponsor the daily refreshment breaks for the conference attendees to keep them going strong.  Break sponsorships are available on a per day basis for September 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th. Signage will be provided to display your company/university as the  break sponsor. (Artwork due by July 1st, 2009)

Print Station ($1,000)- Sponsor the conference print station that allows attendees to print session handouts, boarding passes, emails, etc.  Signage will be provided to display your company/university as the  print station sponsor. (Artwork due by July 1st, 2009)

Internet Cafe ($1,000) - Our 10-15 computer internet cafe allows attendees to surf the web and keep in touch with email while at the conference.  We will display your logo as the desktop background on each computer along with providing signage that boasts your company/association as the sponsor. (Artwork due by July 1st, 2009)

Conference Bag Inserts ($1,000) - Insert your promotional materials directly into each attendees bag for excellent exposure. All promotional materials must be approved by the conference prior to acceptance of the materials. (5 available) (Promotional Materials due by July 1st, 2009)

Badge Holder Lanyards ($1,000) - Have a small company logo imprinted onto the badge holder lanyard of each attendee. These lanyards will provide great exposure as attendees wear their name badges daily. (Artwork due by June 1st, 2009)

Keynote Speaker Sponsorship:

Companies/associations would also sponsor one keynote speaker. Your name will be affiliated with the keynote speaker and seen on the website and in the conference book. Please ask for the list of the keynote speakers or go directly to the conference website.
